    Accommodation

    Reservation period: October 18 - October 25, 2014

    Rooms of the following hotels have been reserved at special rates for the period of the conference. No reservations will be confirmed in the absence of payment of accommodation fee. Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis.

    If the number of participants is not achieved to 20 persons by September 20, 2014, tour will be canceled.


    Payment

    Payment should be made in Japanese Yen only by credit card.
    (VISA, Master Card, AMEX, DINERS and JCB cards are available.)

    Credit card payment transaction will be made after June 15, 2014.
    If your payment has not been completed, we will contact you within 1 week after your registration after June 15, 2014.

    *Please use credit card valid until the end of November, 2014.
    *Charges will be shown on your statement as "Kinki Nippon Tourist".


    Cancellation and Refund

    In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to registration desk to avoid any trouble.

    Hotel Accommodation
    In case of cancellation of hotel reservation, your payment will be refunded after deducting bank charges/commission, handling charge and cancellation fee as follows,

    6 days or more prior to the date of arrival No charge
    5 to 2 days prior 20% of one night accommodation fee
    1 day prior 80% of one night accommodation fee
    Fewer than 1 day prior, or no notice given 100% of one night accommodation fee
    *Failure to check in on the arrival date without prior notice may result in automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.


    Excursion fee
    In case of cancellation of excursion (optional tour), your payment will be refunded after deducting bank charges/commission, handling charge and cancellation fee as follows,

    5 to 2 days prior 20% of one night accommodation fee
    1 day prior 80% of one night accommodation fee

    Refund Policies
    Refunds will be made after the conference period.

    Visa

    Each country has a different policy for visa application.
    Therefore, the applicant should ask the Japanese Embassy in his or her home country if a visa is needed to enter Japan.
    If you need visa to enter Japan, please inform us on the online registration form. (Please click the button "Required" at the field of "VISA for Japan")
    After the reviewing process by SOC, we will contact you for preparing visa documents.
